Sarah Hall, Art Instructor (2008) Born in New Jersey, Sarah was inspired to follow her artistic dreams by the various people she has met during her family's numerous moves around the country throughout her youth. Her time spent living near New Orleans, Louisiana and in Cuernavaca, Mexico greatly influenced her artistic endeavors. She began her Studio Arts studies at the University of Arizona and then opted to move to California to study under the tutelage of Napa Valley artist, Regina Wheeler. Sarah learned the art of concrete staining, elements of sculpture, and designing functional mosaics during this time, then branched out and began holding art sessions in youth homes, elementary schools, art centers and assisted living communities in the Napa Valley. For the past seven years, Sarah has been instructing children's art classes. She is happy to be a part of the Paulin Hall Center for the Creative Arts as it is a beautiful place for people to create and become inspired. Sarah lives in Angwin with her partner Ryan and their four-year old son Gabriel. |
