
Rate Structure for Rooms at Albion

Single Room Rates
Cabins - $52.50/room/night, over two individuals an extra $21/person/night up to four people.
Cabins with Kitchenette - $68.00/room/night, more than two individuals an extra $21/night/person up to four people.
Children 3 years and under are free, over three pay the full fee.
Motor Homes - $35/room/night, over two individuals and extra $10.50/person/night up to two people.
Camping - $7.50/person/night..
Group Rates
Lower Camp – is considered Sequoia, Godetia, Limosa and Macoma, a total of 16 rooms. The minimum for the Lower Camp is $672/night for 1-32 people. Individuals in excess of 32 are $21/person/night. Rental of the Lower Camp includes the use of the Dining Room and Classroom 2 of the Lab as a meeting room. A discount rate of $42 per room/night is applied when renting the Lower Camp as a package.
Upper Camp – is considered Lonicera, Capella and Vanessa, 8 rooms. The minimum for the Upper Camp is $482 for 1-16 people. Individuals in excess of 16 are $21/person/night. No discount room rate applies to the upper camp.
Entire Camp – is all 24 rooms. The minimum for the Entire Camp is $1,154 for 1-48 people. Individuals in excess of 48 are $21/person/night. Rental of the entire camp includes the use of the Dining Room, and Classroom 1 and 2 in the Lab..
Group Camping - $5.50/person/night with a $275/night minimum.
Cleaning/Damage Deposit Required – a $300 (refundable) cleaning and damage deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded to you or returned to your credit card upon complete assessment of the camp site following your departure.
Attendees Only – persons not staying at the Field Station but attending activities will pay a $5.25 site usage fee.
Outdoor Education Groups – the above rates apply for groups providing their own food service. Albion Field Station will provide the food service (3 meals with a sack lunch) and lodging for a minimum of $1,102.50/night for up to 30 individuals (including students and sponsors). For individuals in excess of 30, the rate is $36.75/person/night.
Discounts
Discounts for lodging are only available to currently employed or enrolled faculty, staff and students of PUC. The discount is for lodging only and is 10% off the posted rates.
Meals
Adults - $9.50/meal + Current California State Sales Tax.
Children 4-10 - $5.25/meal + Current California State Sales Tax.
Children 3 or under – free
For the field station to prepare meals, the charge will be $285 per meal for 1-30 people. For meal counts above 30, the above rates apply.
Pacific Union College students in residence are exempt from the California State Sales Tax on their meals at Albion.
Booking Information
Wil Cook is now the Manager of Albion as well as the chef.
Bookings are best done by phone. Call Wil Cook at 707-937-5440 (if he is not able to answer your call he will get back within 24 hours).

A deposit of the first night's rent and a credit card are required to secure the reservation at the time of booking. Final payment may be made by credit card, cash or check.
REFUNDS: For single reservations, deposits are fully refundable if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to occupanc . For group reservations, deposits are fully refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to occpuancy.
Cabin Information
The entire camp has been completely renovated and private baths are in all cabins (toilet, shower, vanity).
The cabins, Sequoia, Godetia, Limosa and Macoma, have a queen bed and two single beds in the form of a bunk.
The cabins, Lonicera, Capella and Vanessa, have a queen bed and two singles in a sleeping loft.
The cabins with kitchenettes have a queen bed and two singles in a sleeping loft.
The kitchenette units are fully equipped with electric range, oven, microwave and a refrigerator.
All accommodations are double occupancy with an additional charge of $21/person per night for each person over two that occupy the room, up to a maximum of four.
As in the past, bring your own bedding and linens. If this is a hardship, we have limited supplies and can accommodate you for a nominal fee. Make these arrangements with Wil Cook when booking.
